Booking rules

The hirer is responsible for all members of the party. A security deposit is payable with the final balance, and we reserve the right to deduct costs incurred in accordance with the above. We do request a security deposit of (but not limited to) £100, which is refundable within 14 days of departure. We do not accept bookings from mixed groups where all guests are under 25 years of age or all male/all female groups. For family groups, one guest must be at least 21 years of age. Bookings will be held until the date stated on your confirmation letter. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to re-let the holiday home if the final balance is not received by the due date. Failure to pay the deposit or balance by the due date will result in the break being re- advertised. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home. If this rule is not adhered to, you will be asked to vacate the holiday home without refund.

We along with Church Farm Holiday Park wish all guests a relaxing and enjoyable stay, therefore any behaviour that causes upset or distress to other guests will not be tolerated and you may be asked to vacate, forfeiting the rest of your holiday.

 

Check in & Departure

The key(s) to the holiday home should be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival; Check-in is located within Guest Services Reception. Here you will also be given your entertainment passes. If you arrive early, you are welcome to explore the facilities on the Haven complex until the holiday home is ready for you. Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of your holiday home. These can be purchased direct  through Haven upon arrival. Pass prices are fixed by Haven and we are happy to arrange these on your behalf (we do not charge for this service).

On the day of departure, you are required to vacate your holiday home by 10am and return all keys to Guest Services Reception. Any keys lost or not returned to Guest Services will incur a charge of £100 which will be deducted from your security deposit to replace the holiday home lock and keys. This is requirement by both ourselves and Haven to ensure the security of future guests. Due to health and safety, Haven rules state we are unable to supply cleaning products for your use. You will need to bring items such as washing up liquid, dish cloth, and tea towel. The holiday home will be cleaned at the end of your stay. However, we would respectfully request that you leave the holiday home in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. All dishes, etc, must be washed up and put away, unused food & drink removed from the fridge/freezer and cupboards and taken home or disposed of in the waste bins provided around the park.

 

Loss and Damage

In the unlikely event of any loss or damage found upon your arrival, this should be reported immediately by telephoning Lucy or David on 07860 943470 or 07805 842227, otherwise you may be held responsible. A full inventory can be found in the welcome pack. Any problems arising during your stay must also be reported immediately. We will not consider any claims for compensation/refund if problems have not been reported during your visit. This gives us the opportunity to have someone come to the holiday home to view the problems whilst you are in residence.

We are reasonable people and aware that accidents can happen during your stay, please inform us of ANY breakages to enable us to arrange replacements. Should any spillage or sickness occur on the carpet, upholstery, bedding or mattress, please contact guest services immediately. Their number can be found in the information pack provided in the holiday home. Please observe young children with crayons, etc., as drawing on the walls of the holiday home may result in a specialist clean or redecoration. All mattresses will be covered with protectors. Please do not remove these. Any costs associated with items removed, lost or damaged, specialist cleaning or other charges may be deducted from your security deposit at our discretion.

 

Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit is non refundable.

No refund given if cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

25% refund if cancelled 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

50% refund if cancelled 4-8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

80% refund if cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

 

What’s Included in your booking

  • Full inventory (details can be found in the welcome pack sent seperately).
  • Parking for up to 2 cars outside of the holiday home.

 

What’s not included

  • Entertainment Passes
  • Bed Linen. (this can be provided at an additional charge)
  • Cleaning products as detailed in ‘Loss & damage’.
  • Towels and tea towels.
  • Hair Dryer.
  • We cannot accept responsibility should your accommodation become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control and as such we recommend you purchase holiday insurance.
  • Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the resort are beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for this.
  • We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal items. We recommend that you purchase holiday insurance as this is not included within your booking. As with home insurance you may not be covered if the holiday home is not secured whilst unattended as such we also recommend you close all windows (these can be left on the latch) and lock all doors when you go out.

 

Finally, it is a must that you enjoy your stay and we along with the staff of Church Farm Holiday Park will do as much as possible to ensure this happens, however we cannot guarantee sunshine.
